General Questions
Where can I register for the Events?
Normally you can find the links to any upcoming events on the homepage. You can also go to the EVENTS page from the top navigation menu and by clicking on specific events, you can buy the tickets for the same.
I am not registered member, Can I buy the tickets for the events?
Events are designed for specific occasions for specific purposes. If you are not a registered member and still you can see the ticket purchase option, then it is open even and you can buy the tickets for sure. If the ticket purchase option is not visible, you might not eligible to buy a ticket, or maybe tickets sold, or booking time must be a pass. Contact event admin for more details.
Can I register as a member?
Yes, if you belong to a community, you can register for specific categories. For each category, there are minimum fees decided. You can make the necessary fee payment and become a registered member. Click Memberships on the navigation menu.

Basic Introduction
Houston Maharashtra Mandal
The Houston Maharashtra Mandal (HMM) is a group formed by Marathi speaking people of Maharashtra, India; now residing in Houston, Texas. HMM was organized as a non-profit organization under the Texas Non-Profit Corporation Act of September 2, 1980. HMM was established in 1976. At that time there were approximately 60 Maharashtrian families living in Houston. They successfully celebrated festivals such as Sankrant, Gudhi Padwa, Ganeshotsav, and Diwali.
Membership
The organization offers various kinds of membership with a structure of family and responsibilities. Membership types are Lifetime membership, senior, Family, Single, Student or Honorary Membership.
